The words "human agency" are
almost self explanatory because we already know the definition
of each word. There is, however, a tendency by some in
philosophical circles to go beyond what is necessary for a
definition and are describing what they see "human agency"
achieving; they discuss what the goals of "human agency" is and
should be. Their statements are obviously accurate
for some "human agency" but not all. Achievements of
"human agency" do not always conform to a given particular
outcome. The goals of "human agency" is varied and while
alignment of goals and these statements will happen it is not
